We use TNT, UPS and post services to send our parcels.
The identification number will be attached to every parcel and will be available for the client.
We offer two types of delivery
Standard international delivery - free of charge standard delivery to EU countries for orders over 150 EUR.
Express international delivery - express delivery to EU countries and other countries with fixed-cost delivery.

TNT, UPS STANDARD: Delivery to EU countries takes 5-7 working days*. Baltic countries 2-3 working days*.
TNT EXPRESS: Delivery to EU countries takes 3-5 working days*. In other countries - 5-10 working days*.
UPS EXPRESS: Delivery to EU countries takes 3-5 working days*. In other countries - 5-10 working days*.

The standard weight of parcel - max 5 kilos.
Free of charge standard delivery to EU countries for orders over 150 EUR. The total amount of the order after the application of discounts must be at least 150 EUR. If the order is less than 150 EUR, an extra cost for delivery is applied 20,00 EUR.
Shortly after order payment, you will receive an email, which will state that we have begun to process your order. When all of the order and payment details will be verified, we will send a confirmation letter to your email address.
If we will have any difficulty in verifying the order, you will receive an email with all the details of the problem and a request for additional information.
You will receive regular updates on the delivery status to your email. At any the moment, you can check your order status in our website in the "Personal cabinet" section or visit TNT and UPS websites to check your order status:
To do that, you will need a tracking number, which will be provided to you after the payment.
