Delivery Information

We use FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DHL, VENIPAK and post services to send our parcels.

The identification number will be attached to every parcel and will be available for the client.

WE OFFER TWO DELIVERY OPTIONS:

STANDARD DELIVERY - free of charge standard delivery to EU countries for orders over 250 EUR and weight up to 6 kg, over 6 kg the price is calculated from the weight of the goods.


EXPRESS DELIVERY - express delivery to EU countries with a fixed cost. Express delivery to other world countries is calculated based on weight.

* FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DHL STANDARD: Delivery to EU countries takes 5-7 working days*.

* FEDEX, TNT, UPS, DHL EXPRESS: Delivery to EU countries takes 3-5 working days*. In other world countries - 5-10 working days.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY STATUS - PRE-ORDER

The delivery time for goods with the status Pre-order to the store's warehouse usually ranges from 10 to 15 business days, after which the goods will be sent to the buyer according to the delivery times indicated above.

You will be informed individually by e-mail about the exact delivery time for each order.

* Estimated delivery time is approximate. Online Store does not take responsibility for the delay of goods at the border, or in case of delay of the payment, albeit we will try to minimize any possible delays. We kindly ask to keep in mind that our delivery times should only be understood as suggestive and based on the time since shipment.

The standard weight of parcel - up to six (6.00) kg.

Free of charge standard delivery to EU countries for orders over 250 EUR. The total amount of the order after the application of discounts must be at least 250 EUR. If the order is less than 250 EUR, an extra cost for delivery is applied 30,00 EUR.

Order tracking

Shortly after order payment, you will receive an email, which will state that we have begun to process your order. When all of the order and payment details will be verified, we will send a confirmation letter to your email address.

If we will have any difficulty in verifying the order, you will receive an email with all the details of the problem and a request for additional information.

You will receive regular updates on the delivery status to your email. At any moment, you can check your order status on our website in the "Personal cabinet" section or visit FEDEX, TNT, UPS, VENIPAK and DHL websites to check your order status:
